We run a very strict quality control on all frames and parts to have strong and reliable products out there.

All Simple Bike Company frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufactures defects. These types of defects include dents under the paint, missing welds, crooked tubes, missing threads, defects in materials etc. A break or a bend on a part is not necessarily the result of a manufactures defect.

The warranty is conditional upon the bicycle being properly maintained and operated under normal conditions and use. It does not include crash damage, this is more a sign of abuse and although an integral part of bmx, so is accepting that every part has it's limits. The warranty only applies with the original owner receipt.

Should you find a possible manufactures defect, you should contact the retail dealer that you purchased the product from or contact our warranty department immediately.
